I accept United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna

I am not currently paneled with any other insurance carriers but am happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Sliding scale

I have a limited amount of appointment availability open for discounted rates. Please call to see if appointments are available.

 Payment

I accept cash, check and credit cards for payment.

 Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $60 fee.
